Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ConneXt Inc. ("ConneXt", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the ConneXt mobile application and related services (the "Service").

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ConneXt. ConneXt is intended for licensed and credentialed professionals. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your credentials, and to keep it up to date.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@connextprofs.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share your account or create an account for anyone else without authorization.

3. Verification and credentials

ConneXt offers credential verification to build trust in the network. You represent that any license, certification, or professional information you provide is truthful and that you are authorized to present it. Verification and any "verified" badge indicate that we have taken steps to confirm information you provided; they are not a guarantee, endorsement, or professional reference, and you should exercise your own judgment when relying on another member's information. Submitting false or misleading credentials is grounds for immediate suspension or termination.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your credentials or affiliation;
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing;
• Share confidential, privileged, or client information you are not permitted to disclose;
• Spam, scrape, harvest data, or use bots or automated means to access the Service;
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or breach the Service or its security;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable professional or ethical rules that apply to you.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on ConneXt ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant ConneXt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Service and to display it to the members you share it with. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it.

6. Jobs and company pages

Members may post jobs and create or manage company pages. If you post a job or manage a company page, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that your postings are accurate and lawful. ConneXt is a platform and is not the employer for any role posted; we are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any hiring decision, application, or employment relationship between members.

7. Content moderation and removal

We may review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful, unlawful, or misleading, at our discretion and without prior notice where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the ConneXt name, logo, design, and software, is owned by ConneXt Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content and rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services (such as sign-in and push notifications). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

10. No professional advice

Content on ConneXt is shared by members and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice from ConneXt. Any reliance on member content is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any member's information is accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConneXt Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConneXt Inc. from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which ConneXt Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
